Reconnect your device to Phone Transfer using a different USB cable.
Make sure you’ve unlocked the device screen when you connect it to the computer.
For iOS: Tap the Trust on your iPhone/iPad to trust the computer; For Android: Ensure the USB debugging is enabled on your device.
Close iTunes or other similar programs as it may interface with Phone Transfer.
