Phone Transfer

  • What devices and files are supported?

    FoneGeek Phone Transfer supports to transfer different file types, including contacts, messages, calendar, photos, music, video, call history, bookmarks, voice memo, voicemail, ringtones, etc. It is fully compatible with all popular iOS and Android devices. Please note different modules works for different file types.

  • What are the limitations on the trial version?

    We provide a free trial version for customers to evaluate the product before purchase. With the trial version, you can check if your devices are supported. Also, you can transfer 5 contacts to the target phone. To transfer more files, you need to buy a license to activate the program.

  • What to do if my device fails to connect to Phone Transfer?

    Here are the troubleshooting steps if FoneGeek Phone Transfer fails to detect your device:

    1. Reconnect your device to Phone Transfer using a different USB cable.

    2. Make sure you’ve unlocked the device screen when you connect it to the computer.

    3. For iOS: Tap the Trust on your iPhone/iPad to trust the computer; For Android: Ensure the USB debugging is enabled on your device.

    4. Close iTunes or other similar programs as it may interface with Phone Transfer.
